After discussing your flooring ideas and preferences over the phone, we will book an appointment for a home visit. We will bring a variety of different samples for you to look at in your home environment and provide our professional advice as required.
When you have found your ideal flooring, we will accurately plan and prepare a no-obligation quotation based on the measurements we take.
Yes, our carpets/flooring will be delivered when fitting has been arranged with the self employed fitting team. If you are just purchasing the flooring you or you own fitter can collect it from our business premises free charge at a pre arranged time.Some of our hard flooring suppliers offer a home/site delivery service. Please speak to us about these services. Our carpet suppliers do not offer a home delivery service.
We only accept payments via bank transfer. This is for a safe, reliable and fast way of paying. Our bank account details will be on the bottom of your quotation or on the invoice.We require a 50% deposit of the material costs with the remaining balance due 3 working days before installation. The fitting costs (agreed with the fitters before installation) are paid directly to the fitters after the completion of the works. Paid in cash or bank transfer. Should you require an invoice from them, please let them know on the day of fitting.Orders that are being delivered or collected in person on a 'supply only' basis must be paid in full when placing your order.
Yes, some of our fitters offer a uplift and disposal service. This will be at an agreed price with the self employed fitters prior to installation.Mr Flooring does not have their own dedicated waste disposal skips.Alternatively, local councils offer a free disposal service for residential waste at multiple locations in and around Bristol e.g.https://www.bristol.gov.uk/residents/bins-and-recycling/tips-and-recycling-centres/find-your-nearest-reuse-and-recycling-centre
Yes, our fitters can move furniture. Heavier items of furniture may be subject to an additional charge.
We ask if all personal and breakable items are moved out of the room/s prior to fitting. White goods and electrical goods cannot be moved by our fitters.
