What geographical areas do you cover?We are Bristol-based, and cover Bristol and surrounding areas.

Do you offer uplift and disposal of old floor coverings?Yes, we can uplift the majority of old floor coverings. Yes, some of our fitters offer a disposal service. Mr Flooring can quote for these services after we have measured the property. Can you move furniture?Yes, our fitters can move furniture. Heavier items of furniture may be subject to an additional charge. We ask if all personal and breakable items are moved out of the room/s prior to fitting. White goods and electrical goods cannot be moved by our fitters. What can I expect from your home sampling and measuring service?After discussing your flooring ideas and preferences over the phone, we will book an appointment for a home visit. We will bring a variety of different samples for you to look at in your home environment and provide our professional advice as required. When you have found your ideal flooring, we will accurately plan and prepare a no-obligation quotation based on the measurements we take.

Do you deliver the carpets/flooring to my home?Yes, all of our carpets/flooring will be delivered to you as part of our fitting service. If you have you own fitter, or will be fitting the flooring yourself, you can collect it from our business premises by prior appointment. Hard flooring can be delivered, subject to availability. Please speak to us about this service.

How can I pay for my flooring and what are the payment terms?We accept payments via bank transfer and card payments over the phone or in person. Our bank account details will be on the bottom of your quotation. We require a 50% deposit of the material costs with the remaining balance due 3 working days before installation. The fitting costs are paid directly to the fitters on the installation day. Orders that are being delivered or collected in person on a supply only basis must be paid for in full when placing your order.

What about the fitting costs and the fitting date?Fitting costs are paid directly to the fitters on the day of the fitting. Mr Flooring will provide the fitting costs on your quotation. We will contact you to arrange the fitting date once your flooring deposit has been paid. We do not know in advance what time of day the fitters will arrive, but we will call you on the day with an approximate arrival time.

Do you offer any subfloor preparation?Yes, when purchasing flooring from us we can offer ply boarding, feather finish, smoothing compounds and moisture control for drying screeds.
